i am the owner of a 4hp twin it has a little gear lever on the side whitch moves ok but dosent seem to do anything the model no is m-be4 brcob serial no is s-bo29476 its made in belgium dont know anything about this little motor as i inherited it its in very good condition dosent look to have been used much any help would be appreciated
