How do you unwinterize an outboard?

Is it as simple as cleaning the spark plugs?

As far as I know you just start the motor up.--------Verify the waterpump is working and go have fun.

Might want to check the lower unit oil level and clarity. Grease the zerks and check the steering and control cables
