So working a won't start issue on my F115. Starter bench tests ok so want to check the relay.
I "think" I have a bad relay on my 2006 yamaha F115TXR I have removed the starter and bench tested it and it seems to be good. I want to remove the relay and bench test it using 12v at my work bench but for the life of me I can't see how to disconnect the Br lead with the bullet connector! It disappears behind the black plastic trim relay assembly and I do not want to start yanking on wires! Besides, even if I did manage to disconnect it by doing that, I wouldn't be able to reconnect another one. How do I get the relay off? Do I need to remove the trim relay assembly to get to the bullet connector?
