How do I Diagnose my ECM Bad ?

Hey everyone... I have a 2010 Four Stroke 50 HP Tiller Outboard. Got ready to go fishing, stuck it in the water, hit the key and it Fired and then Died Imediatly.. I have no Fire to any Coils... Can someone help me out please...
I've asked around a little and some say ECM???
