How do I adjust my idle speed?

1986, Mercury 35 HP

I believe this has the tollison carb.

My idle is too low (just installed this engine - new to me) It REALLY needs a good carb cleaning, so I'm going to hit it with seafoam first etc. etc. But if I do want to increase the idle like 200 RPMs, how would I do it on this model? I'm not sure i see an idle adjustment screw.

I'm new to outboards. and pretty new to 2 strokes.
 
If remote controls, try messing with the throttle cable adjustment. If tiller, there is a screw there.

The throttle cable adjustment on the engine. it is a mercury and I went over the remote box and there is nothing there. the engine has the cables with "Barrels" that you can screw in or out to give it some more or less length.

is that what i should change?
