How difficult is it to pull a powerhead??

I am fairly mechanically inclined, I'm just curious how hard it is to remove a powerhead off a early 90's Johnson 25 hp??...Pretty straightforward, or is it a pain??

I'm amazed at how people will tear into a lower unit with no hesitation, but pulling a powerhead scares them. Look at what you are taking apart, and maybe take pictures so you get all the wires & hoses routed back like they were. Otherwise it's a nuts and bolts job.
