hour meter

I have a Yanmar type B engine panel. It does not appear to have an hour meter. How does one track engine hours with this type of panel? My engine is a 4JHE-DTE. Thank in advance if you have any thoughts.

One would need to add an Hourmeter to the panel...Yanmar had them on the Type D panels but not the B's...

And you can put it in the engine room if it is easier to mount there...nothing special about its location other than it be visible.
