"Voltage meter is easy, just put in line on the live wire from the ignition switch, the one that is only live with the ignition on so it doesn't drain your battery.

Speedo is easy too as it is an independant system and is about the same as fitting a fish finder. Some later outboards have the pick up for the speedo built-in."
