Hi everyone,
I have twin honda 150 hp engines, the starboard has just started to beep....beep.....beep, as soon as the key is turned, this continues when the engine has started, engine runs well!!!
the water trap has been drained and found no water, the oil level is good...
many thanks

If it's a intermittent beep it will be the trim/ tilt sender saying your motor is trimmed too high. Have a look at what your trim gauge says as you trim up & down. These are known to fail sometimes it may just need lube and a wiggle.

Hi, many thanks for replying, the engines are both trimmed all the way down,I will check the sender as you suggest. it is 4 stroke replacement engines that were fitted to the boat before I had her, it looks like they replaced like for like engines, these are heavier and she does ride very low at the back, I am considering taking one off and just having a single.
