Honda BF90 clicking noise please advise

Hi there. .i have old honda bf 90 i think its 1998 sorry inf.plait is missing. Last year engine was rebuild and did approximately 30 hours and now motor developed this clicking noise. It looks to me that noise comes from the top of motor first cylinder.....maybe.first of all i did tuned valves remove timing belt check all moving elements but didn't find anything ....any advice where to look next,? Thanks

When are you hearing this click? When idling? Does it change when accelerating or slowing? Have you had the flywheel off to look to see if there's anything loose/rubbing there?

Noise is all the time no matter if idling or engaged when increasing acceleration noise is getting louder...i didn't take flying wheel yet..i will next time
