Honda BF75 pilot jet setting

I have a Honda BF75 and in trying to adjust the idle speed I accidentally tweaked the pilot jet adjuster. My eyesight is not what it used to be . I have tried the (almost) universal setting of 'all the way in and then one and one half to 1/2 to two turns out and the motor does not sound very happy. Is there a different default setting for the pilot jet? Any ideas would be welcome.

Also...what is the frame serial number on the motor? In some cases, it makes a difference.

Thanks for the quick repo we, Mike. It is a 7.5 up unit and the serial number is BF75L-1702474. Keith.

Initial setting should be 1 3/4 turns out.

Serial number helped....earlier versions were 2 1/4 turns out.
