HONDA BF50 NO 12VOLT TO DASH THROUGH HARNNES?

NEED HELP
i AM CHANGING OVER FROM A MERCURY TO A HONDA ON MY PONTOON
HAVE ALL THE CONTOLS FROM ANOTHER PONTOON FOR THE BF50 MOTOR
bUT WHEN I HOOK UP THE BATTERY AND CONNECT THE WIRE HARNESS THERE IS POWER TO THE MOTOR AT THE STARTER BUT NO POWER TO THE FUSES GOING BACK TO THE SWITCH AND
DISCONNECTED THE MAIN HARNESS CHECK AND NO POWER COMING OUT OF ANY OF THE ONS ON IT BACK TO THE FRONT SWICH ?
CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHY NO 12V GOING TO THE REST OF THE COMPONETS ON THE ENGINE?
 
Checked all fuses followed all lines
Bought the motor off marketplace
After tracing all power found the main white line to the emc was cut for some reason behind the starter motor hot line
One goes to the power tilt the other is the main
Also didn't know you need power to the key for the power tilt to work k ow now
Learned more about Honda wiring then I needed 6 hours to find the cut wire
Thanks for the repy when I checked nonpower to the fuse I follow all the leads that's when I found the cut wire
