Oil in water
Two option usual.
1. exhaust jacked
2. head gasket
3. Oil pan
In my case head gasket, but sun will exhaust wall fail
Please take in account, work hours unknown but high (fisherman boat).
Also Mediterranean sea have bigger salt percent thus make more deposit etc.
Engine poorly maintained, ...
