Getting the infamous DTC 1-4 HO2S (Heated Oxygen Sensor)(Abnormal HOS2) error

A little history: Recently revamped my VST (new Fuel pump Filter, O-Rings), refurbished Fuel Injectors, new Thermostats, New Low and High pressure Filters, O-rings etc. Current state: engine runs a little rough, if I RPMs from ~1500 quickly down to idle, it might die out. And after engines runs for ~ 5 minutes I'm getting repeatable 1-4 DTC error. Not sure if this is pertinent but, If I increase and decrease the RPMS seems to exacerbate the error.

Oxygen Sensor testing:

Tested on the bench: 12 volts connected to pins 3-4 and digital meter on pins 1-2. Initial Voltage 0 put propane torch on element increased to ~ 1 volts. Removed propane flame voltage drops back down to ~0 volts. Appears to be working on bench test.

Installed back to the Engine, Cleared the error:

H02 sensor, (I think, appears to be working): Voltage fluctuates between 0 and 1 volts.

From the Graph View does the 02 sensor look like its functioning properly? But Error comes back....

Quick Spark Plug Wire test:

As suggested by my Honda Service guy.

As the engine was idling he suggested that I individually removed each spark plug cable wire till it was not connected. In each instance you could hear a slight degradation in operation. I guess the theory is if no degradation the wire must be bad?

Is there a better way to do this verification?

Still to do:

1. Test Fuel Pressure again - Last week it was ~45 PSI, Good, but I was not getting the error (had TStat issues, not running very long), so test again to see if it changed.
2. Do a compression test?
3. Run with Fresh Fuel remote tank.

What else??

As Yogi Bera once said "Like deja vu all over again".

I found my fuel pressure was rising to about 85 PSI, outside of spec. I'll start the focusing on troubleshooting this issue.

I delt with a similar issue 2015.
