The BF225 blew a fuse, #3 I believe.
We had the engine completely up because we were flats fishing and when we were ready to leave, it would not crank at all. The fuse was replaced, but still nothing.
We've replaced the main relay and checked the neutral safety switch, the kill and ignition switches, the starter and the harness from the motor back to the console. The harness did show wear/chafing and a light blue wire may have shorted to the motor body where it enters the motor.
When the ignition key is turned to on, the main relay clicks and when turned to the start position it clicks again but nothing else. Everything else works btw. Can lift and drop the motor and all electronics work. Batteries are new.
I don't know if the fuel pump is supposed to kick on also but that is all we get right now.
We're waiting in line to take it in to have it looked at. Any ideas? Could the ECU be causing a no crank situation?
