Honda BF20D spark plugs

I'm wondering if there is any possible benefit of upgrading my stock Honda 20HP spark plugs. I can't find any plug that cross references with CR5EH-9 (6689) plugs that are currently in place. These are standard plugs and I'm wanting to tweak around if at all possible. Any help? Sorry for the ignorance and THANKS in advance!
 
Only use the NGK, they work the best. Do not tweak around with it. Those are what they were designed for. If you start playing around with spark plugs, it can harm the engine.
