I have a 2002 Honda BF200 that

I have a 2002 Honda BF200 that has been taken out of winter storage and runs rough at idle and sometimes(most of the time) shuts the motor when taken from high RPM to low in neutral. Took it to the dealer for a scan analysys and found no code issues. Dealer says it may be the fuel injectors. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution.
 
I though it was the spark plug

I though it was the spark plugs too and it was time to change them anyways. They were peplaced with the type recommended in the owners manual. The old spark plugs looked in good condition. The problem did not change at all with the new plugs.

Thank you for the advice. I will post the results next week after the holidays. I will have the computer off for a few days.

"Back again! The SEAFOAM has helped in that the motor does not stall. However, the motor has started to oscillate. It is reving up and down by 200 rpm at different speeds. We did notice water in the seperator and replaced it with no change in rpm oscillation. Spark plugs are even in color and look great. Engine Fuel filter has been replaced with no effect (are there more than one fuel filters?). Can this be caused by a sensor (ie MAP sensor or O2 sensor)?"
