Honda BF150 re-start problem after motor shutdown

I have a 2013 Honda BF150. The motor will crank and run good, but when the motor is shutdown for about 15 minutes will not re-crank (starter turns engine, but motor will not crank). After the motor sets for about an hour the motor will crank. I have changed both fuel filters and cleaned the fuel separators. I duplicated the problem at home and checked for fire at the plugs - Had fire. I used a little starting fluid and the motor did momentally cranked - Telling me its a fuel issue. Acts like a vapor lock, but the motor isn't running hot. Reading other threats, I'm thinking maybe the starting relay to the high pressure fuel pump.
Your thoughts and advise would be greatly appreciated.

Follow up with my post just encase someone has same problem - I took the boat to a marine mechanic and he said my fuel line was getting air from the line to the water separator. He changed the fitting and charged $100.00. Took the boat home and tried the boat out - Still had the problem. I checked with another marine mechanic and he said it was a vapor lock and to clean the vapor separator. I removed the vapor separator and cleaned the separator and all ECM lines (separator was pretty clean inside and all lines was open. Tried the motor out and the problem still there. I read on another forum with the same problem and his fix was a loose wire on the high pressure fuel pump. I didn't have any loose wires or fittings. I decided to change the high pressure fuel pump ($522.00). Tried the boat out and motor ran great and would re-crank after shut down. PROBLEM SOLVED.
