hii all. have a 2002 honda 115

hii all. have a 2002 honda 115 end of last season started loosing power when at full throttle (would just drop off) throttle down and back up and same thing. winterized stored. this passed sat took it out and same thing(as if it would hav fixed itself. i know)now its happening at all speeds. it will loose aprox 10% but recover without throtteling down. loose recover again and again. before i take it in any suggestions?

we have the same motor and had the same problem we took it in and we needed a new fuel pump

Manual in hand. Working from up from cheapest. Going to start with filters and work up to injectors? Hopefully it will be solved sooner than later. thanks for the help!!!
 
Sounds similar to a problem we

Sounds similar to a problem we had with one of our 200Hp - momentary loss of power - around 200rpm and sometimes more - this would continue for awhile then OK till next time - more pronounced under load - traced to high pressure fuel filter. Replaced that and all sweet.
