Honda B75A Spark Plugs

I have a BF75A. I want to change the spark plugs. The manual recommends NGK DR7EA or Nippondenso X22ESR-U. I ordered the NGKs from 2 different sources. Both sources shipped plugs with threaded terminals and no terminal stud nuts. I think I need solid terminals or terminal nuts for this motor. The nuts are pricey and difficult to find. Any recommendations for a source for the correct plugs or alternate plugs?

Any Napa, Autozone etc will have the NGK.
