Honda B75 carb issue

Have a Honda B75 twin from the early 70s. Needless to say I can't get parts for this so I cleaned and replaced what I could.
The motor now starts and runs but gas is squirting from the bowl plug assembly. I took that out and replaced the two o-rings
on the piece. The tapered plug inside looked good and worked freely. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

I have 3 of those early Honda motors.----Sounds like you need to revisit the carburetor cleaning.--------Check the float and needle valve for proper operation.

They seemed to be ok when I had it apart. The float swung freely and was hitting the plunger. No damage or debris in the
assembly. It does sound like the float/plunger may be stuck closed? But then why would it start and keep running?
Do these float assemblies go bad (stop floating)? But then that would keep the plunger open?

Ok. The float was sticking at a certain position. Leak stopped. Motor is running but is running out of fuel when revved up. Is there a float adjustment procedure for this carb?
