Honda 90 Hp

I have a 2001 18 ft. CC Angler

I have a 2001 18 ft. CC Angler with a 90 HP 4 stroke with 124 hours on it. I do not have the manual and was hoping to find out what weight oil to use. Also if I could switch to a synthetic oil

"Use 10w-30 4-stroke motor oil that meets or
exceeds the requirements for API’ service classification SG or SH.

Do not use synthetic oil. It is not recommended by Honda Be sure to change your oil at the recommended intervals as stated in the manual."
