"At present I run a Honda 25hp, when I look at the manuals both engines are the same capacity, and I would not imagine there would be much difference in top end speed. The way I see it, is the 30hp revs to 1000rpm more than the 25hp. Does anyone know how it does this? I have noted the main jets are of differing sizes, if I changed mine would it give a little more mid range power, or is there more to it than just the jets?"
