High RPM

I have 17.5 foot baylin

Hello
I have 17.5 foot bayliner AQ131a/275 and i don't know if under powered.
At 2000rpm im doing about 10miles hour and from 2000-2700 can't seem to plane yet.
3000 she starts to plane is this normal.
At full speed 4000rpm im going 33-35 max.
THe prop is a volvo 14/19pitch.

You should be spinning more than 4000 RPM @ WOT.

Either your prop has too much

Either your prop has too much pitch or the engine needs badly a good tune-up. Your engine RPM at WOT should be about 4800.
