" is there any way to splice a pressure line to a trim pump , the line that lowers the outdrive. mine has a hole in it as i said in my previous post , and it will cost too much to replace it- "

" Buy a new line. For a $100 or less, save yourself some aggravation. DON'T splice a piece into the existing hose. Go to your local NAPA store and get the correct hose. "
