"Just put the 86 Egg in the water and the port engine is running about 75 and the starboard 65. Both around 40 at idle - Is there any harm with high oil pressure? If so, what might be the problem? Thanks - Tim"

"I wouldn't sweat it. Could just be the gage. Nominally, oil pressures go DOWN not up with age.
