Joe,
I cleaned the carb and the fuel line and filter.
I removed the little needle that goes up from the float cup into the air flow area. Still no go.
I reopened the carb and allowed some gas to flow into the cup then reattached. I sprayed some carb cleaner into the air intake to give it a bit of a jump start. It started and ran for about 8 seconds, then died again.

Does the pin that goes from the bowl into the airway of the carb have to be adjusted and lined up a curtain way?? i.e. with the holes on it aligned a curtain way..

The idle adjustment in the middle of the air intake silencer isnt doing anything either. It doest make a diff if it is screwed all the way in or all the way out. It still doesnt run.

It just really seems that the motor is starving for gas. Like there isnt enough pressure in the fuel line to bring enough gas in.

Gas flows well from the opening inside of the bowl when it isnt attached. I just dont know if enough fuel pressure is building up and going up into the top half of the carb and down through the regulator pin.

Have any more ideas??

Thanks in advance..
