Help!!

5 hp gamefisher everytime i turn the gas on and pull the rope a couple times it starts leaking out where the waters suppose to come out at?? any advice appreciated thanks!

Take the cover off and pull the rope you'll see were it's coming from. Sounds like the hose isn't coonected properly at fuel pump or pumps loose or faulty. Not much else it could be if you have the sparkplug in.
