"I HAVE A 1995 STRATOS BASS BOAT WITH A 1994 EVIVRUDE INTURUDER.A FEW WEEKS AGO I WAS HEADING BACK TO THE BOAT RAMP WHEN I HAD FULL POWER TO BEARLEY GETTING ONPLANE. WHEN I GOT HOME I CHECKED MY FUEL FITLER,IT HAD A LOT OF DIRT IN IT.I BOUGHT A NEW ONE A FEW DAYS AGO,I PUT IT IN PUMPED THE GAS IT FIRED RIGHT UP THEN I TURNED IT OFF WAITED A FEW MINUTE,TURN THE KEY NOTHING,I HAD PUMP THE BALL ONCE MORE,IT FIERD UP ."

Sound like you passed enough crap thru the filter to screw up the fuel pump. If that is the case, the carbs are full of it too! They don't make filters like they used to. Better get that tank cleaned or you will continue to have problems."
