Help Yamaha 9.9 4F 1990

Help needed, Yamaha f9.9bm 1990 has not been used for 2 years, starts really badly and only runs for a moment, about 10 seconds and then turns off. Cleaned carburetor and idle jet, changed new fuel and oil. Where should I start looking for the problem?

Check spark plugs and fuel flow first. Replace fuel filter, inspect lines, and test spark. If all good, adjust idle screw or check for air leaks.
