Help with trim issue

I have a 2002 Merc 50 Hp 3 cyl (serial number ot535519) (installed on a 16' bass boat). the trim will not work under acceleration, if I trim all the way down and give it full throttle as soon as it starts to plane I used to be able to start trimming up, now I have to back off the throttle to get it to trim up. I verified voltage to the up and down leads to the motor 12.6 volts each. the trim motor runs.
If I have the boat out of the water everything works normal except when I trim up if I stand on the motor it will fall all the way back to full down. I cant however rise the motor by pulling it up. I verified that the manual bleed down is tight as well. if I have my son stand on the motor it will not trim up from full down.

I suspect the tilt relief valve but I'm not sure. any thoughts would be appreciated.

If manual bleed screw is removed can engine be raised? Maybe a dumb question but was fluid checked with engine raised in the up position?

Yes, if manual bleed screw is loosened I can raise the motor, Yes I did check the fluid in full up, it was just coming out.

The only other thing I can think of would be the o-rings on the main ram are just starting to go.... thus letting me push the motor down (along with the weight of the motor)

Thanks johnnygjr!

Nobody else has had this happen?
