Help with Torque Specs

Seeing lots of conflicting info especial on intake manifold for 454ci model 350. Most items refer to car 454 so not sure if they are the same. I got the head off for a burnt exhaust valve and here is what I need.

Head: 80lbs
Intake Manifold: 20, 25, 30lbs
Exhaust Manfold: no clue
Water manifold: no clue (this is located on the forward top of the intake manifold consisting of two large bolts to hold it down.

Any help here?
Any good PDF manuals out there for the older engines?

head @ 80, intake @ 30, exhaust @ 20 and the water outlet is the t-stat housing & is @30...all in Ft * Lbs....the sequence is GM standard, just like an auto engine. Be sure to re-torque after a full temperature cycle.

The service manuals are all copyrighted so any free one you find will be bootlegged...Andrew, our host, offers several factory service manuals...check the links at the top of the page (manuals).
