Help with PTT switch

I need to know how to get or

I need to know how to get or change out the T/T switch in my OMC control box. It looks like a decorative cover but cannot get it off! The switch is loose or broken. It still works but you really have to press it in hard on the up side. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance for any and all help

The control box has to be removed, and then from the back side you will see an allen head screw that holds the arm on...take that screw out, and from the front gently pry rhe arm off..Remove the 2 screws that hond the red arm in place..its spring loaded, so look for the spring...you will see 3 small phillips head screws..remove them and the cover will come off now...2 screws hold the T&T switch in..remove, and the switch is free.....TommyG "

"Jeff.... I agree with Tommyg's reply, excepting one portion (No offense intended Tommyg). After removing the allen screw that retains the control handle, screw in a long 1/4x20 screw/bolt, then belt it with a hammer to jar the control handle free.
