help with my 30 evinrude

i have a 30 hp envinrude not sure the year its somewhere around an 86 to an 89 but anyways i put new plugs in her yesterday went out for a ride last night and she shut off and wouldn't start no more she is still getting lots of spark anybody have any ideas what could be wrong with it

Fuel connecters still attached properly.-----------Did it shut off instantly or did it sputter and slow down gradually.-----Waterpump maintenance done ??--Water in the fuel perhaps ?
