Help with mercury outboard ID

Hello everyone, just picked up a mercury 2 stroke as a project. I think it’s a 25 hp but not positive. Trying to ID the make and model to be able to order whatever parts I need. If anyone could help that would be fantastic. Tried looking the serial number up in the mercury parts catalog but no luck. Serial number is 9371087 and it says it’s made in Belgium.

Your engine looks to be a 1983 year model as the serial number comes up as a 1983 25 [M]
Parts Group: MERC 25
Options:
Manual start, short shaft (15”/381mm) driveshaft housing. Tiller handle steering.
Model style: M
