this motor is a 1979 johnson
this motor is a 1979 johnson 25hp manual start it ran fine after i rebuilt it and now when i advance the throttle it gets to full power and and then it drops to half throttle by it self so i changed the capacitor dischage thing and it still did it so i would pump the bulb when it starts to drop still does the same thing whats the deal with this engine?
