"I have an Evinrude 10 hp Mode

"I have an Evinrude 10 hp Model # CE10SPCEC Serial number C7236003 which dies on me last weekend, has new fuel and spark cannot figure out why it won't start. Anybody with some advice please let me know."

Has fuel as in the tank

Has fuel as in the tank or in the engine? Has spark as in big blue spark or weak hard to see spark?

When you say dies just what did the engine do. Just stop like it was turned off or start to miss and sputter then stop. Did it slow down from high speed or was it idleing when it stopped? Did you notice if it was pumping water before or was hot after it stopped? Does it feel like it has compression? Did you check the compression?

It just died on the lake last weekend. Feels like it has compression. Water was pumping out okay. Motor was not hot.
 
Fuel flow to the carb is only

Fuel flow to the carb is only part of the journey--it has to get to the spark plugs--
does it get that far--are there any tell tale fuel leaks ANYWHERE--if you are sure you are getting all of your properly mixed fuel to your spark plugs than its probably not the fuel flow although it may be the fuel itself--
from the way you describe this it sounds like you lost either your fuel source or your ignition source--if you can rule out the fuel than the next thing to check is the spark--it needs to be big and strong--all the wires that carry that electrical charge to the spark plug need to be in good repair--a "leak" in a spark plug or a spark plug wire will not be visible in daylight but will allow the spark to short to ground before it gets to the tip of the spark plug.

Check that the roller on the carburator has not broken. It is located on the link of the carburator valves and follows the cam at the ignition armature. (black plastic with an adjustment screw.

"How do I check the flywheel key? I pulled the plugs last night and noticed moisture on them, suspect water in the tank, gonna put fresh gas and new plugs in. Anybody know the gap of the plugs?"
 
"All fixed water in the fuel.

"All fixed water in the fuel. New fuel pulled the carb and cleaned it all out, started 3 pull. Thanks for everyone advise."

"I have a 1966 Evinrude 18hp motor. It was running great until the other day when it just seemed to lose its power. It will start up and run but when you try to open it up it starts cutting out ,not wanting to burn the gas, when you let off and slow down it runs pretty good. Could it be in the fuel pump? Some times you have to pump up the gas and choke it before you can get it to start."
