I put new water pump on and am
I put new water pump on and am having troubles getting the shift/clutch rod to engage properly. I have pulled lower unit down and pulled up on rod to get into neutral. Prop shaft spins easily in both directions. Put unit in place with two smallnuts and prop still spins freely. Put in forward and goes in gear but back into neutral and it is still in gear. Have tried a number of times with same result.
