Help with 90hp V4 carbs

I've had an issue with bogging at WOT on a 1990 90hp v4 crossflow motor so I decided to rebuild the carbs. When disassembling today I found the line from the fuel primer (not sure if thats the correct name) was not attached to the lower carb, the brass barb is broken off.

I'd imagine this could be part of the problem I've been having allowing air into the system. Is this a serviceable part? A picture of the broken barb/nipple is attached.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Very little effect on your problem.------------Easy to repair that for me ( have lots of carburetors and ability to make a new push-in fitting ) but not sure what is in your shop.-----------Any other trouble shooting done ?------Found any dirt in the carburetors ?-----Done a compression test on this crossflow motor ?

Thanks for the reply. I may be able to replace this if I can find a replacement fitting. But may be better off finding a donor carb.

Carbs were clean, but gaskets are old and coming apart, will check jets shortly.

Compression is 110-118, one cyl is 110 others are closer to 118. Spark was good. New fuel lines/filters, no improvement. It will occasionally go to full power and maintain it, but it isn't repeatable.

I have a premix pump coming to delete the vro and see if that does anything. At a loss at this point, but hoping between the broken fitting and possible fuel pump issues I'll be back up and running.
