"Hi, I'm new to boating and was left what I think is a fletcher with a 115 outboard by a friend who passed away. Does anyone know how to identify the engine? ie 2/4 stroke and year??? The identification plate is missing! The engine has a white cover with red striping. Oil tank next to airbox leading to what I believe is a small pump then in to carbs. It has been lying for about 5 yrs and will not fire up unless fuel is sprayed in from the back of each carb. The float bowls are filling up with fuel but doesn't seem to be getting sucked through. Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers}"
