Help to determine year of motor

Just got this motor for a trade.Can anyone tell me the year by the pic of the cowling

what does the tiller handle look like, kill switch on the end of handle? show front of motor,

Decals indicate that it is an 82 model !!--------------How do I know ??-----------I own a bunch of 82 Johnsons.

Thanks racerone same answer I got on another site,The tag on the transom mount is off a 20HP the owner verified it broke and he had it replaced.No welch plug at all,I haven't looked very hard but there's no elect start and if there was one it should be easy to spot.I did find one plug though it is the size of a nickle and isn't dome shaped kinda a weird pyramid shape.
The other site the answerer even stated the model How in the heck can a model be determined from a pic???? Well anyway thanks! I knew it had to be 80 - 83 which of the 4 I didnt know

It is a 1982 motor !---------Experience is how I know -----------The cowling is just like the cowling on my Scarab Sport with 2 --------1982---235HP Johnson outboards !!!------Or maybe if I look in a 1982 factory brochure that I have as well.
