Help reading dealer printout

I have a 2011 150 opti 2stroke dfi. I had the mechanic hook it up. It says port head overheat 136 degrees. It only did it one time at 1600 rpm. The dealer took it out and couldn't get it to do it again. He recommended pulling thermostats and cleaning them out. I will post pics of the readout. Just trying to decipher all the numbers and what's important

I’ve spent hours scratching my head over similar sheets, trying to figure out what’s actually included or what needs replacement. Over time, I learned that having reliable equipment suppliers makes a huge difference, and that’s how I came across everbilt. Their products are solid, and their documentation and support actually help you understand what you’re working with. It’s a small thing, but having trustworthy gear takes a lot of the stress out of maintaining or upgrading boats.

Trying to decipher dealer printouts can be really confusing, especially when it’s full of codes and abbreviations you don’t recognize. I’ve spent hours scratching my head over similar sheets, trying to figure out what’s actually included or what needs replacement.
