1979 20 25? hp Johnson motor cover says 20!
I need some help..mine is stumbling, acting almost like a miss, but not quite, won't run good wide open throttle (WOT), but runs fine
when you back off a bit, other than a shifting problem, it cranks & runs OK.
use non-ethanol mixed at 40:1 2 cycle oil + Seafoam.
Read plugs, kinda medium brown, Champion J-77's

Shifting Problem: It is hard to find neutral, wants to go into reverse when u shift from forward, or wants to go in forward when you
shift from reverse, no matter how low the idle speed. If you hold your mouth right, you can find neutral, but it difficult
Is there a shifting fork problem down in the foot? Top linkage (black plastic cam) looks OK, tight, nothing broken or loose.
