Just newbie here I have just traded my wave runner for a1982 grew 185 bow rider with 800omc stringer now is this upper drain screw just a drain or is it fill as well according to the manual it says kinda drain and fill??? The one that’s around the top of outdrive left of Center?

And BTW for parts this site is actually excellent especially for old stuff like OMCs, I get most of my OMC parts from marine engine….
