help on parts 2005 150hp

I'min the process of buying a used motor from a guy who is upgrading to a bigger motor. The motor is a 2005 Johnson, 25" shaft 150 hp saltwater edition, but its only been used in fresh water here in GA. I will need the controls and guages he says.. he is keeping his for the new motor. What all will i need? I am mechanic worthy, but dont want to buy anything unnecessary..... Thanks in advance for any help

you will for sure need a wireing harness, and a control box.
now the gauges are up to you if you want to spend the money on them...?
