My father is building a small boat and was looking for a 20 HP Merc. He found one, went to look at it, and bought it. It was advertised as a "Mercury 20HP". The engine has a decal on it " 110". The title DOES match the serial number that is on the engine. The title says " model 200"... The Engine says 110. So is this a 9.8 and my poor dad get duped? Or is it a 200/20HP? It is advertised as a 1975 year model. Any thoughts??
