Help Identifying year of motor

I have another thread relating to this motor as well but the dealer is not able to find this number in his data base. So ordering parts is a crap shoot.

THe model number is CE45RWLU it is a 45 hp tiller model two cylinder ( two carb) I think a commercial model?

Any help is appreciated.

Yes 45RWLU indicates a 1989 commercial model.

It is strange the local evinrude dealer could not find it listed anywhere so we have been guessing and using 1992 as a reference. Thanks again.
