Help identify gear fluid leak. [Alpha One, Gen 2]

Hello folks, please help if you can offer advice. A small leak has developed right at the end of the red pencil as seen in the photo. Whats you're diagnosis and what will it take to fix? how bad if I continue to use as is.

this is from my 1992 SeaRay 5.7 lt V8. Outdrive is Mercruiser Alpha One, Gen 2

hey Bt, question, how is oil seaping out of that area if the bellows is sealed and the oil would be puddling up inside the bellows, if oil can seap out, water can seap in, right?

thanks kghost for sharing that other feed. good info in there!! that leak looks to be the same as mine. I'm afraid I won't be able to dissaseble the whole LU thing and get it back together correctly. what do you suppose a shop would charge me for this sort of repair?
