Help holley carb is leaking fuel

just had my holley rebuilt hooked up fuel lines primed carb with fuel but woudnt start so looked in carb with throttle plates fully open and noticed fuel dripping from just below and between port side primary and secondary throttle plates flooding so bad its hydrolocking engine. any input would help greatly.

2X...make sure the inlet needle(s) and seat(s) seal and that the float(s) level is set correctly...and don't forget to change the oil & filter once the carb is operating correctly...
