Help Finding Volvo Penta Tool

I have called every marine parts place that Google returns as a hit for a Volvo Penta Puller, part number 3854361. Even the places whose web sites say they have one in stock don't have this puller and now three of them have told me they can't get one anymore from Volvo Penta.

This tool is used to separate the steering arm from the gimble housing and there is no listed or shown substitute. I really, really need one of these to get the steering arm off of the gimble housing on my 1994 DP-S.

I would be happy to post a bond or something if someone hasa one I can rent, borrow or buy. Any ideas out there?
 
Thanks, but I did try them. The parts guy told me his inventory management software is messed up and every time he queries for a part number, the software increments his stock level for that part even though he does not have that part. He double checked and told me that even though his web site site says he has this puller in stock, he really doesn't.
